I/we understand that rent levels at Parc Eirin are uplifted annually in April each year at a rate of CPI + 1%.

I/We understand that Tirion will check the information given and any misrepresentation or false statement made by me/us or any person(s) on my behalf now or in the future concerning the information provided may lead to the withdrawal of an offer of a tenancy or the loss of the tenancy if it has already started.

I/We authorise Tirion to perform background checks and obtain information about me from credit reference agencies, current and previous landlords, personal and professional references, employers, banks and law enforcement agencies.
